Easy check-in process and able to move in immediately. Prices vary widely on the same size unit so not sure why that is. Customer service has always been good and quick to resolve any issues. 24 hour access is always a great option.

I had rented a unit from Lighthouse. Unfortunately, I was 2 weeks late on a payment in December. Lighthouse cut off both of my locks and left it unlocked without any kind of notification. They claim to have sent an email but I did not receive. When I was billed extra for not having a lock on my unit, it was the first I knew of this happening. So my unit was left unlocked for 2 months without my knowledge. Needless to say, anything of value was taken out of my unit. After making police reports, Lighthouse was asked to review the "state of the art security" footage. Then I was told "there isn't any way we could possibly review that footage". Lighthouse has taken 0 responsibility for the actions leading up to my loss of items.

Thumbs up. This storage unit is very clean and convenient. The unit I have 10 by 15 it's is HUGE compared to units used in the past.
