The reserving process was simple and the agent was extremely nice. The unit was clean and the location is very well maintained.

I was in dire need to get a storage unit rented as soon as possible. I went to the website reserved my unit and was in the unit by the next morning customer service was amazing and very friendly and comfortable environment. The management on site made you feel right at home no confusion paperwork was quick and easy and all questions were answered.

I've used Storage Rentals of America before. Eunice was very nice! My biggest issues are the price difference between facilities (costs more for a location closer to me) and the unit is on a steep hill.

Our unit ended up being at an annex, which they noted, but were not clear that it was at another address completely from the address on all the paperwork. Since we were driving 8 hours from another state, arriving on Saturday am with no one in the office at the address we were given, I did not appreciate having to call the number on the wall, and deal with staff who had no idea where our unit was. I ended up googling it and finding alternate addresses, told the representative to look those up, and we had to drive to all of them to find the unit. It was at the last one. Cost us 40 minutes of time we didn't have to figure all that out. Very frustrating, and that information should have been given up front, and the after hours staff should have been aware of the multiple locations.
