Advertisement outside says “$1 pays first month”. This was not offered & when questioned, was told the offer was no longer valid. Had difficulty getting someone to help me over the phone so had to change plans & come in early. No one at office upon arrival during regular business hours - manager from sister company came to register me. The whole process was quite stressful. However, the facility is clean & appears well kept.
