Clean facilities, easy access and friendly service

Eventhough i didnt come on the day i planned,i still was able to get the storage i needed.you guys made my day,thank you so much.

Property manager was very nice and helpful.

When I signed the papers to rent the unit I was given a code to open the main gate and a code to get in the building. When we took the furniture we were going to store the gate code did not work. I went back the next day the manager did something on the computer and told me it should work, it did not. I was given a code that did work, I was given a code by phone the day before, then given the same code by the manager the next day. I would feel much better about access if my original code would work.

I found the facility to be well kept and secure, the staff was very friendly. My ONLY complaint is that the included truck did NOT come with an option to buy insurance...I don't own a car and was not told I needed a current insurance policy, to use their truck. Caused a day's delay and untold anguish, but otherwise this is a good place.
