Same as above. The insurance seems a bit overpriced. Still a reasonable price overall. No stairs, No labyrinth to walk through.

Manager was fabulous. Very nice. Very informative about the area. Places to eat and visit.

Reserved a 5 x 5 unit in April for storage of my son's things checking in May 12. Drove from LSU to check in on my assigned day-Was told that my space was given to somebody who 'walked in"-also was told that on-line reservations really "don't count". Now had to scramble to find another location-BAD customer service!

Customer Service was average. Average experience.
