Very reasonable price and great customer service. You can feel out the paperwork before going in through a link sent thru email, so when u go in you pretty much just comfirm and sign. No complaints.

Same as above. The insurance seems a bit overpriced. Still a reasonable price overall. No stairs, No labyrinth to walk through.

Reserved a 5 x 5 unit in April for storage of my son's things checking in May 12. Drove from LSU to check in on my assigned day-Was told that my space was given to somebody who 'walked in"-also was told that on-line reservations really "don't count". Now had to scramble to find another location-BAD customer service!
