Square Space Storage - Baton Rouge 12850

Renting the unit was fairly easy and the representative that handle the transaction online for me was very nice and helpful. Price was reasonable. However, when we went to bring our stuff to the unit, there was a unit directly in front of mine that had trash falling out the door. It looked like it had been there a while. There was another unit two door down that was open and had trash every where. Going to be checking on my unit quite often.

Good pricing, amazing customer service

I was told a discounted price for 3 month but was charged full price. Also, I was not able to enter into my storage at 5am causing me to lose thousand. According to one operator, she thought the pin pad was broken but than following up with a different operator, I did not have 24 hour access. Bad customer service. And the storage across from mines seems to be now a trash bin.

I had to get a new storage unit after seeing my original one in person for the first time. It was an indoor non-climate, and was extremely sketchy looking. I immediately realized why this place was so cheap. You get what you pay for. Customer service was great though when I called and let me switch to a different unit, a drive up, but it took 3 tries to find a unit that was actually open and empty based on what they said should have been. So it doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem like their follow through is very strict for when people are supposed to close out their units. Doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem staff actually check the units to make sure they are open and clean. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel safe with my stuff there and the whole place just had bad vibes so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving to a different place.

I was able to secure a unit by phone without a long process. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions, and even after finalizing everything I realized I purchased the wrong size she was so nice about it and immediately transferred me to the correct unit and updated the paperwork. I'm very pleased with the facility and customer service experience.

Very nice and pretty smooth check in, the only bad thing I can say is that the unit I paid for was supposed to be a unit with AC and it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have AC. Other than that set back this storage is a pretty good storage place.
