Got there and they had sold my unit and tried to up sell me on another unit as if It was my fault they sold my coco firmed unit. Terrible business. Situation still not resolved have to speak to district manager Monday. Horrible experience with a 18 wheeler truck and movers all waiting in limbo while I'm being told "sorry we sold your confirmed unit there's nothing I can do but give you a more expensive one. Ridiculous. I wish I had another place to go and movers weren't outside after driving across the country with my belongings. In my opinion I shouldn't have to deal with anything like this and will never use this company again.

I felt pricing was better than competitive and getting a first month rent free really swayed me as money is tight. Great communication from staff with email and texts. The only thing I would suggest is to ensure that the name on the outside sign reflects the same name online when booking reservation. I was not sure I was in the right place when I arrived. Staff onsite were very courteous and helpful. Overall a good experience.

I was supposed to move into a different storage company's facility. They were a no show with allowing me to move in. Storage post gave me a great deal and price that same day. The receptionist was kind, and accommodating and made moving easy for me. I will definitely be using them again!
