I was able to go online and find a unit within my budget. Was able to secure it by booking online. Received phone call and email to make sure all information needed was provided. Went in to pay for unit and was greater by Penny, she did a phenomenal job! Very nice, polite and respectful. She made sure I had all the information I needed and explained things thoroughly. She even walked me to the unit to make sure I could find it and get into the building good.

Ms. Penni is the consummate professional, she made everything very easy. She is a pleasure to work with.
