They spend the time with you without trying to rush you of force you into something right away. I originally reserved online and wish I had just gone to the facility to see first. I went to the facility to look at units to see if it would work for my situation and the manager walked me threw the facility and showed me several units that were available. She is very thorough with explaining the gate, unit latches, insurance. Then when we got inside she showed me the supplies they offered. I felt extra special with all the time she gave to me explaining all the benefits of this facility. Will definitely recommend. If I could give a hight rating than a 5 I surely would.
