Storage Boss #2

Looked at several places for storage, but after meeting Mr. Ernie at Storage Boss My decision was made. He was very friendly doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hesitate staying after hours to help me. Very nice location, easy access, prestige service and the prices were competitive!

From the beginning the staff was SO nice and helpful! I didn't even shop around after the first phone call because of the wonderful customer service. When I was moving my stuff in, someone came out to greet me and showed me some of the amenities I didn't even know where available! I wasn't looking for amenities, just great customer service, the amenities were a great bonus!

Very nice and welcoming people

I was on the highway from CA, and my GPS gave me the wrong directions. A new employee, Dee Dee, along with the manager waited for me because I needed to put my things in that evening and take my sister to the airport. They called to keep up with my progress, and made me feel okay about their staying late to accommodate me. They gave me exceptional customer service.

Very nice storage unit. It has a lot of space, great service and a security system that is top of the line.

I'm satisfied so far. Storage unit is very clean and secure. One little disappointment is that I was hoping to get 5 percent student discount and didn't get it.
