Ms Cassandra was very informative and thorough upon check in. She was very friendly.She toured me 2 options and made sure i was knowledgeable on what i was renting I was very comfortable leaving my belongings at this location if any one need a place to storage their belongings i would recommend Storage Center In Lafayette La

When I got there to sign my papers , nothing was what the call center told me it would be. Supposed to be 2nd floor it was 4th floor. The 2 units I got shown were 2 different sizes but yet marked down as the same size on their computer. The girl at the front desk was rude when I told her everything i was told the day of my registration was different. They quoted me $39 a month the call center and forgot to tell me that every month it was $39 plus $15 so actually it's $54 a month. The payment is due on the 4th with a 5 day grace period which brings you to the 9th being the last day of the grace period . A $20 late fee charged after the grace period which should start on the 10th since the grace period ends on the 9th but was told the $20 late fee starts on the 9th. Well the 4th is the payment day , 5 day grace period should be 5th to 9th and $20 late fee on the 10th. Correct me if I'm wrong. Unless it's a 4 day grace period. But it's not it's 5 days. She was counting the 4th as one of my grace period days when she explained it to me. So it was nothing but confusion. So I just rolled with it , put my stuff in storage and will pay my unit before the late fee and everything should be good. The unit itself is very nice !!!
