I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with StorageMart on Ihles Rd, The staff were super friendly and professional. After we had moved a considerable amount of our belongings into our unit, we realized we were not going to have enough room. The staff were quick to respond, and found us a unit in the same building and only a few feet feet away, which made our move-in so much easier. Thank you all so much, job well done.

I was told I had a unit reserved to go from larger unit to smaller unit. On move day, I found out they reserved to someone else and had no other units in that size. For one size larger, they would not honor the smaller units price for what they did. Told me canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help me. This dilemma caused me so much inconvenience and money. To top it off, no apologies. The new storage I went to around the corner was so helpful, cheaper, and friendly.
