I was told that we were getting a 50% discount icee the phone where the unit was only going to be $27.50 for the 1st two months., but once the local manager called he said he couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t honor that it was $60 per month bz those things sites arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t affiliated with them theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re overseas and arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t aware of the availability of the storage units over here. The other storage building we were given a reservation number and nobody sound never answered by office # neither text that they provided to leave for a message

I booked a storage unit rental for a 10 x 30 and the facility called and told me there's no discount the advertisement is for a third party type promo discount and they do not have anything to do with that. I understood what the owner/employee was saying about the discount offer and the fact that it is something they did not advertise. If that is the case then the link with the advertisement should be disabled and the customer like myself should not be filling out online information or confirming a rental space that does not exist. This is a waste of my time as well as the next 1000 or so people filling out the online information. I'm just saying.

The management team was very attentive and easy to deal with over the phone. Good experience!
