This was my first time ever needing a storage and first of all I arrived 15 minutes before the facility closed and Toya was very helpful. Normally representatives are ready to get off and have attitudes when a customer shows up at the last minute but she was very kind and patient with me and did not rush me. She explained everything to me step by step and for that I appreciate her and this facility!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Did not see a trash can anywhere. Very clean, staff very courteous. Wish there was 24 hour access. Great that one can unload inside, it was raining when I moved in.
