Public Storage - Harvey - 1850 Lapalco Blvd

Hands down one of cleanest public storage that I have dealt with in that area before. The manager or supervisor which ever one she is worked with me till the last minute. I thought I was being pranked 🤣 Trenise it was nice of you to help me when I didn’t understand. Also for properly understanding yourself when you saw us the next day. You get 20⭐️

The place is quiet and the storage is clean and convenient I recommend this storage to anyone they give you no problem and the front desk lady is so sweet and respectful

The staff is inviting always happy to see customers and always willing to help. This is my second time having a storage with this facility and they will always be my first choice if I need ever move. The facility is clean, well lit at night, has very convenient hours of operation and grants such security to where what I have housed is secure. Best storage place on the westbank by far.

Friendly and fast

I called on my way back into town for a last minute unit and the guy that helped me was super considerate. He totally understood my situation and helped me find the best unit to fit my needs and my furniture for the best price. Upon getting to the site, the manager explained everything very well and made sure I understood what I was signing. I will definitely use this company again! Thanks y'all!

I used Public Storage in 2011 and was very satisfied then. I had no doubt that I would use them again when I moved in April. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to store their possessions for short or long term.

I had one of my younger grandsons with me when I went to rent a unit and he remembered being there years ago with me, surprised me. The whole process was very easy and without any problems. The person waiting on me was very friendly and explained everything as she went along with the process. I like the on line options , which allowed me to get the rates and reserve a unit ahead of time. The entire facility was very clean and I was very satisfied. Good job!

Mr. Mike at Catoma St Jax Fl He's Awesome! His friendly personality alone, made me feel welcome even after reserving another unit at another location, to drive to the online reserved location to be told it's already rented , but gave me a confirmation number and accepted my c.c info. That guy was so unconcerned about this matter. But Mr. Mike made up for the other employee behavior. Mr. Mike is a perfect example of a role model employee. He need to be the employee you all use to train your present & future employee's. He deserves to be acknowledged. I work in Corporate America, I would definitely hire him. Kudos for Mr. MIKE !!!!
