This storage facility is both convenient and very well run. They offer great rates, courteous and friendly service, as well as a great location. Their move in process was extremely easy and fast. In a World that all but forgotten about customer service, these people and center were a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.

I rented a unit December 28th. I had reserved it 3 days ahead, called before I was on my way (22min away). When I got there, a sign was on the door that said "manager has went into the facility, call this number for assistance" or something like that. After a few calls, Ms. Leola, answers the phone very rudely with "hello? Can I help you I'm trying to get stuff done. I have alot of stuff to get done." FINALLY she came down and unlocked the door. So I told her what I was there for and we got started with the paperwork. She continued to have attitude. Also said I had to buy their lock to get the 1st month rent free. But the other people I had got quotes from for this exact company/location never mentioned that. Think she suckered me into that extra purchase. She was a horrible person. I almost said screw it and found another place. Then when i was moving my stuff in, there weren't any carts to use so we hand carried everything in. I was bringing in a heavy tote and asked my son to hold the door open (which is inside the gate) so I didn't have to put it down, put the code in and then pick the tote back up. I entered the building where the door is and Ms Leola had struck again. She told my son that he couldn't stand there holding the door open. He stood there for less than a minute and said she was very ugly about it. But definitely the cleanest storage place I've ever been to.
