I began with a phone inquiry. The customer service people were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Next I met with the manager at the facility. She showed me the unit I was interested in. I agreed and we went to the front desk and she signed me up. She was friendly, had a lot of useful and .helpful information. The paperwork didn't take long. The facility appears to be well managed. It is neat, clean, and orderly. I'm well pleased and would recommend this storage facility.

Imagine paying a mover by the hour to pack and move your items to this location to get to the gate and the code that you were given ( that was written down by the manager ) doesn’t work! It’s after 6. So you call the customer service number who verified that everything was correct. So we sit until Hopefully she can get in touch with someone! Which never happened!!! On top of that when asked if there was an emergency entry code in an instance like this? I was given a smug” if I had one I would have given it to you”. After waiting another 55 minutes or so. I call customer service again. I received another rep that noticed that the numbers were in the wrong order! Like wtf? I ended up pay an additional 160 dollars to the movers just because there was a big screw up here. I would never use this company again. Moving is stressful enough. But to be out of excess money is ridiculous!🤬😡
