The customer service is awful, mainly because there is no customer service. It took me two weeks after paying for a month to get the access code to use my unit. Then I was told I would be reimbursed for those weeks I paid and could not get in then only to find out that no I won’t be reimbursed. Because there is no record of me ever calling. Which is a joke because I had to call 10 times a day to get someone and sometimes still never did. There is no office on site and no help whatsoever. If you like to wait on hold for hours on end or pay for things you never get then I suggest you use this facility.

Only issue is that you don't give the correct street of where the entrance gate is. The address does not match the entrance gate.

Please change due date until the 3rd of month it is causing me to pay overdraft cause only doesn't go in until 3rd thank you
