i was very impressed, its called HIDEAWAY HARBOR ,,,,,,,,,so i was thinking that (this place could possible be a bit ruff looking)..................BUT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.......i was able to get storage space without the facilty being open (wow, )........and its a very CLEAN, WELL KEPT FACILITY.............and i can tell that the builders, made a effort to keep the water from building up around the storage areas.

This unit is close to my home and convenient for my wife and I. The unit was clean and well kept. If you are looking for a nice affordable unit to store your valuables TRY this location!

I have been using this storage for over a year and this is the best decision I have ever made when choosing a storage,the price is great and it is the cleanest facility I have seen when renting a storage. I love it!!!

The self check in was very easy and quick

I drove past this place countless times and assumed it was a pricey facility. Wrong. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s priced fair and is the cleanest facility I have ever used. Payments are easy to make and access to the units is very simple.

Easy to access, and convenient for my needs !

I filled out the reservation online for the next day. Within 30 minutes I had received a phone call from a representative giving me extra information on what I needed to do (she was very friendly and helpful). Next day I drove over, used the self-service kiosk to finish up the paperwork (which took about 10 minutes) and I was in and unloaded. This was a very positive experience, and the cost is less than half of what I was paying in Iowa for a much smaller unit.

Hideaway Harbor kiosk is the most brilliant, speedy, customer service idea ever..their property is clean as well..On my 1st visit there where some complications with the gate.I was not getting callin the 800 customer service, however by me making reservations let my local csr know what time I'd be arriving..She a little while after my arrival not only giving me 1000% customer service/technical support, but she was very sincere and apologetic..I was told the gate would be fix in a couple of days..I went to the storage the very next day problem solved.. #WHERE WAS STORAGE COMPANY ALL THE OTHER TIMES I NEEDED STORAGE#YOU GUY'S R THE BEST

I'm very pleased with the new Kiosk. Space around units is large enough for large trailers.
