The lady at the front desk was really helpful and very nice walked me to my unit price was very low

The property manager was super helpful. She had me in and out in no time. That includes paperwork, payment, and showing off the unit. She was happy, cheerful and super eager to help or fix whatever issue I had. I wish they were all like this.

Good and respectful. The proces was quick and smooth.

My experience was great. Customer service was great, she knew how to help and yell me good correct information . I will definitely recommend public storage to everyone

Waydra was so helpful. There was a lock charge but I brought my own. She verified it & I was refunded the money within 24 hours!!

Haven't had it long enough to make a true assessment. Giving 4 stars due to front office experience.

This is a good place for a storage. The bad thing about this is the gate closes at 9:00pm everyday. Even if you store important item that you may need over night , as in an emergency you cannot go in after 9pm. Also the promotion they have , it's only in a door like inside a little jail cell almost like. The pretty oranges one outside are not in the promotion.

The price is reasonable, and the manager was friendly and helpful.

I've used public storage over 20 yrs. In that 20 yrs I've used 1 other place and I was real quick to move everything to public storage. Will never use anyone else Good prices, clean facility. Very nice/friendly personnel..

The pricing was fair, and I like the location. But your best feature for this property hands down is your Property Manager, Alexis. She is awesome, very knowledgeable and is extremely friendly.

I think it's absolutely wonderful..... and I would recommend this company to others.

Bob and the team at Public Storage on Gould Dr made the process quick and easy, I reserved the unit and filled out preliminary info online-- so the final paperwork in the office only took a few minutes! I'm very satisfied with the 15x20 I rented.
