I needed an affordable storage unit in a hurry. The only 2 positives about the unit: it was clean and cheaper than most storage outlets in the area. However there is no light inside the unit, there's nothing but loose wires. And the door does not stay open. I have to jam it open with a rock in the runner. And because there's no personnel on site to go to about problems w/the unit when I had to move in I couldn't get these problems resolved. So now all my things are in the unit and I don't have the time, energy or a truck to move to another unit.

Lost all upholestry, furniture will need refinishing, ironwork rusted, rat urine head made everything stink, 1700sqft house,$5000-10000 damage Rats move from unit to unit thru the insulated ceiling.
