All expectations met. Customer service skills were great and quickly had me in my unit! Not having trash service or place to dump trash kind of unexpected but love the montht to month payment.

They were a tremendous help as I had to make arrangements for storage from my hospital bed . I had heat stroke while loading truck and had to have truck unloaded to a storage unit . They helped make all that experience so much easier on me !
