Positive - Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility also, loved the personalized welcome when we entered our number in the keypad upon arrival which was a very nice and welcomed added touch. It made us feel special after a hectic day of moving out of her dormitory. But clean facility is such a PLUS. Negative - There should be a more signage to locate the units. On the elevator there should be an easy to read chart detailing the floor for the unit. Also, when we arrived to our unit, we did not know how to open it and it took a minute for us to realize that the green tag is a temporary tear apart tag. Others who have rented storage units in the past may know this but for first timers we did not know. Customer service should have informed us or instructions on the agreement. We got there late so there were no workers there to inform us of those details.

5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
