The storage units are located in a great location, what's considered the mid Cape. Clean and easy to access. What was very nice experience was the customer service I received throughout the process.

The desk administrator was very helpful and accommodating and explained everything we needed to know. Everything went smoothly and the space was even a bit larger than I anticipated and that was a good thing. Planning to stay for several months if not longer.

Waited on me quickly was given information about the storage unit and showed the different sizes,best part is that I didn't have to walk to see the storage units you get to ride in a golf cart.The prices were reasonable,compared to other storage places I looked at. Friendly staff.

Our unit door was stuck when we went to move in and they sprayed it and showed us the trick to unload the force of the spring to help with opening. Kind to me when I felt foolish because it did not work. Nice to my kids too.
