Pioneer Valley Storage - Amherst - Self Service

Space was great and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy to have it

Easy, clean and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 24 hour access. Manager at the site was very helpful. However, the rows could be better lit. I went after dark and had to use my car to see what was in the unit.

I have used the Amherst Storage facility for almost two years and recently found the storage facility to be at its best possible! Josh, the manager provides optimum customer service. He goes above and beyond to make everything feel right, from the pricing to the cleanliness of the facility. If there's space for you, Amherst Storage is it! Thanks, Josh for turning the facility around. I appreciate your professionalism and kindness!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m an old-timer, and have been using storage facilities all across this great country of ours and have encountered all manner of ill-folk therein. But Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never been treated so kindly, and with such attention, as Josh-the propertyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s general manager, has done in my short time here. I highly recommend storing your belongings here, theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in good hands as long as Joshua is manning the ship.

Overall great , clean . Very open to different ways of doing things non traditionally , tries to have things happen for everyone,

I drive out of my way to store my belongings here because of price and Josh.

The checking-in process is very fast, and the manager is very friendly and responsive to my concerns.

This place was awesome sweet and perfect

Very quick set up, feels very safe and clean

Alex was extremely helpful in making my move so easy!

While it's a little on the more expensive side, customer service is great and there's tons of availability. I love having 24-hour access to my unit and the ability to pay online.
