I was helping a friend move to assisted living, and she was having trouble parting from her stuff. A crisis was looming and I called the storage facility and booked a room that day, saying we'd show up with the moving van that afternoon. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and saved us all. Now we can fight the battles another day...

Our family experienced a surprise move while my wife battled cancer. The staff not only worked hard on making tight deadlines but one staff member went beyond what we expected, coaching us on the most effective use of space. This is a great team.

Space was clean, exactly as it should be. A little difficult to move things in on the old carts, but everything else was good.

Despite reserving the storage unit over a week in advance and receiving a confirmation email with the correct location - upon arrival the storage unit was located in another city. When presented with the confirmation email clearly depicting the correct location, customer service at the site advised that this happens "all the time" and that there was nothing that he could do.

very easy and pleasant experience

My recent move into a smaller place left me with a living room full of boxes and a storage room in danvers packed to the hilt. I couldnt use the living room and had to live in my bedroom for a few weeks. Each time I entered my apartment I looked at the boxes and retreated sadly to my bedroom. But everything changed when I rented a spacious room at Advantage and cleared out my clutter. I selected a large storage area so I can consolidate all the boxes into one unit, which is just down the street for easy access. Now I'm enjoying my entire apartment and the overflow is out-of-sight and out-of-mind. What a difference!
