It’s easy to get to and plenty of space.

My code did not work to access the facility and I had to call to get a temporary code and when I accessed the building the elevator did not work as described. Trying to make sure the buttons were positioned the way I had been told did not fix the issue and both doors had been checked and I was not able to move more things in. I will be returning sometime this week/weekend.

My move in experience at Prime Storage in Beverly was very good. Check in was easy, location is great, all was clean and safe. I couldn't ask for more than that.

I can’t respond to much of your questions. I’m partially disabled and was not able to walk up the flight of stairs leading to my unit, so I haven’t seen the unit. I will go by sometime this week with some assistance. It’s hard for me to believe that ADA guidelines don’t apply to your business.
