Rented online without issue. Met the manager, he's polite and professional. It would be helpful if the employee hours in the facility office were posted.

I was at another facility, and moved to public storage. I have more room at a lower price and closer to home. It was an easy transition

I wish they would post hours when staff is going to be in the office. We've lost our keys and need a bolt cutter to get the lock off. Staff haven't been there for the two days in a row we needed them.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to downsize for a while. I felt safe and secure at all times.

I went to a few different locations to find out more information and prices. I only have a few items that need to be in storage, one of them, being a good size couch. I decided that this location was best suited for me. Not only was the manager Kelly extremely courteous and friendly, she took the time to help me figure out the best sized unit that suited my needs. Other places where not as helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Great customer service, and extremely clean. I feel my belongings are safe and secure here. Convenient, friendly, and fair pricing. I don't need much more from a storage unit. Having packing supplies and dollies on site has also been super helpful though.

I never rented a storage unit before I was very unaware with the process , how big of a unit I would need etc . The manager at this location was amazing though her name is Kelly .She took her time to explain everything I needed to know in detail and although I didn't rent a unit that day I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks to do so! Amazing customer service !!!

In this particular experience I have to say I felt very comfortable and secure more in what the Manager Kelly was intoned with. Her knowledge, allowed the storing of my home furnishings to be a more comfortable proposition.

I found a great rate on-line for a 10X15, climate controlled unit. I reserved it online and went to the office where I met the site manager Selena. She was very helpful and informative. No sales pressure/pitch. She was a nice person and easy to deal with. The location is secure and clean. Overall a great experience here.

We needed a climate controlled storage unit because we need to store our furniture and stuff for several months between the sale of our house and completion of our new Condo. After looking at several locations, we selected Public Storage. Nice clean facility, great location and security, and a really helpful staff. We have friends who have had a unit there for several years and they highly recommended Public Storage.
