The booking was easy, and the employee was very kind and cooperative. The tour was simple. The only thing I would say is he didn't mention that the lift's doors were difficult to operate and move.

I checked around the area and this was a good value. The storage is adequate, which is fine by me. One of the two elevators is not operational, but the other works fine. The rooms are OK-gets a little warm in the summer but bearable. The person helping me was very nice, and did his best to field inquiries from multiple sources.

I have used this storage company for three summers in a row while I'm home during break! The units are protected and easily accessible! The location is great because it's not too close to the traffic of Salem and the moving trucks are so helpful! I am currently using a unit and will continue using them and referring people to them!

The Size unit I wanted was available when I went to the facility to sign up, however it was not climate controlled as I was told on the phone. Albert was friendly and got everything entered into the system, explained the security, and showed me the unit. There were some small oil spots on the floor from a previous tenant that had just moved out. He said he would sand the oil spots off the floor and then clean up the unit. All unit doors are alarmed, there are cameras and there is a fence guarding the complex at night. I believe the facility is secure and there is someone there during working hours if you need any help.

Not bad at all been there twice since renting the unit. Only complaint I have is the lighting. My unit is not very well lit and the lights in half the hallway were out. Kind of creepy like that. But overall it's decent for the pricing.
