I am confident in the security and was pleasantly surprised with the rental rate on my 10X10 space. Super clean facility without weird smells, 😂 I highly recommend Cubesmart Boston to anyone looking for a great place to park your excess.

These storage units are in east Boston so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit out there but price was better and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to airport which is important to me. Casey was very friendly and thorough with paperwork and walking me through everything.

Clean facilities and great customer service. Reasonable pricing considering the area. They need more carts to haul supplies form your vehicle inside. Especially considering my unit is on the third floor. Elevator could use some work. 3rd floor button barely worked.

Good pricing for what I need. My only issue is the numbering system is ridiculous, and made my move in hide and seek experience. When i went to the office tgat morning thwy were still closed at 10, though tgey open at 930. I get it traffic in the city will get you. All, in all nice place so far.

We had to wait to check-in because office was closed. While waiting we unloaded stuff onto two carts, so the time wasn't wasted. Outside of that, check-in was smooth, customer service was great, and pricing was less than other storage places. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart.

This was a pretty decent experience, I would prefer more email communication, however, as talking on the phone at times was a little difficult.

Affordable relative to nearby facilities. Excellent customer service. Not thrilled with the mandatory monthly insurance fee of $17 that appears to cover none of the things likely to happen in storage. On my unit, that meant an increase of almost 20%. Advertisement I saw seemed to indicate it was a 1-time fee.

The building itself looks very new and very modern. There's no rust or trash anywhere. Security cameras are located all over the place and the ambient temperature is good. I noticed that it is generally well kept. However, getting ahold of someone from the office is not always easy.

This is our first experience with putting things in storage, and it was a good one.

The facility was extremely accessible and easy to use. The staff made everything simple and clear. I was awfully impressed with how quickly I was able to sign my lease.

Place was clean, the manager that helped settle everything was very helpful. Didn't love that I had to get insurance due to the extra cost, but I understand the purpose of it.

The lease process was made super easy by the helpful office staff. They did a great job walking me through the process, and explaining the rules of the storage facility. The storage units are well maintained and clean which made it easy for me to move my stuff in right away. The building has a lot of cameras and secured gates / doors which can only be accessed by codes (which indentify the person by their unit). These extra precautions gave me piece of mind my items would be secure there.

The facility plays a lot of games. For starters they say first month is free but its not. They just wave the first months fee because with all the other fees they add on you would walk out. They force you to buy there insurance no matter what per month unless you have renters insurance to cover it. Not a state law a cubesmart law. The price you see online is a basic price before they stick the real price on you with fees on fees.

The customer service Representative named Larry was very helpful.

Very friendly manager, showed me the ropes. Unit was a great size for what I needed (two bedroom apartment). The facility is clean and logical and everything works well.

Representative stayed open after close so I could move into my unit and unpack everything I needed to unpack. Was very appreciative of that gesture.

I was unaware of all the fees when I signed up.

Hours are good so I can get my things when I need and the staff is really nice so when I need a new item from the store or have a question they are there to help

The storage unit and its facilities were excellent. Customer service rep on site went above and beyond to assist me with finding the right sized storage unit and to provide moving trolleys to help with moving the stuff to the unit. Excellent, excellent service! They even have a small truck that you can use for free as long as you are a customer! Reasonable prices! Couldn't have asked for a better storage facility.

The unit offered by CubeSmart was comparatively the most formidable anywhere near the Boston area. It also included a 15% price reduction for students, and half of the first month -- perfect for two grad students who need to store their things for the summer. However, our Cube came with large dark sticky stains on the floor - I think they were oil. We couldn't move our boxes there. It took an hour to check in to get our cube, and then the garage door that was supposed to let us in stopped working due to a technical failure. There were no trolleys by our end so we had to run to the next side of the building to ask for trolleys. Took much longer to move in than we had anticipated.

They couldn't have been more helpful and nice! They have a car that you can borrow if you are moving in as well.

This place is huge. The 2 employees Alanna and Kai were friendly and helpful. The added bonus was finding out you can use their truck (if available) to move in with. This is only for moving in and not out. Also it's only for a certain timeframe (4 hours I think). Plenty of time if you have help from your friends....apparently which I don't have because I did this all myself. Anyway, this was a great choice for me.
