We were able to move things into our storage very quickly and easily. They took the time to show us where it is, how to lock it and when the handle was stuck, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Great service!

Overall i have to say i am very pleased with my decision to use cube smart for a place to store my belongings. The location is perfect. The monthly rate & move in fee just right,not overly expensive at all. And the customer service my grandfather and I recieved from the employee was outstanding. I give 10 stars and highly recommend to anyone

CubeSmart was simple in how it worked and the front desk person was extremely detailed in explaining how everything worked and very helpful.

Not safe at night, it's located in most dangerous part of the city. But employees are awesome and very helpful.

There is a uhaul rental place coveniently across the street. Access to storage after hours is a plus - although probably a little scary to wander around in the dark. Customer service was great!! It doesn't smell super fresh, especially in the basement...but what do you expect? It's basically an old garage for rent.

I had a wonderful experience with Cube Smart in Roxbury. Shione was the best. She was honest, professional, thorough and nice. She made sure I understood all aspects of the unit, facility, monthly fees and insurance before leaving. The facility is extremely convenient for me and the location couldn't be better. I would definitely recommend this facility to other people. The only thing that would make it better would be of the prices were a little lower.

front desk staff very friendly, they provide a lock for you and a icart to move your stuff. as a nice bonus they have a small moving truck you can borrow when you move out.
