Good facility just be forewarned that the general customer service ‘help’ doesn’t seem to have accurate details on the spaces- i was told a 4x5 was at ground level, but none are at this location at least.

I really like the manager of this facility, Angelic. She is caring and makes sure that I feel comfortable about using the company's service. I like the level of security and the easy accessibility to my unit.

Good facility and service, needs cleaning in the storage unit and perhaps more light.

Wish it was cheaper, but still very useful!

first time to use a Self Storage

Was a lot cheaper and easier than I thought, was in and out in like 20 mins. People there are really nice too and helpful!

I haven't been storing my things there for very long, but so far so good! Very friendly staff and clean facility. Easy to use dollies.

The manager was very nice and storage facility seemed pretty decent.

Everything there exceeded my expectations. The customer service was what really made the experience stand out. The man helping me made sure everything was as simple for me as possible and didn't hesitate to go out of his way.

I would like to appreciate the facility manager . I was coming from New Jersey with a 4 hour long drive and I was not sure that I was going to make it at the Storage Facility closes at 3 PM on Sunday . The Manager helped me move in and looked out for the best options for me and guided me with each and everything and above all waited for me so until I am all good with all the things . Above all a very nice and lovely person and very fun to talk to he just made my day after a 4 hours of stressful driving . I would love to use this facility and recommend it to friends as well .

Very satisfied with the service. Fast, efficient and no hassle

The storage unit works fine and does what it should, which is store my things. However, I was surprised to find that it is effectively a small shipping container stacked somewhat precariously feeling on another such box, with a scary metal grating to stand on as you put in or take out your possessions. For the price I am paying, it feels a little scary.

I WENT ONLINE MADE MY RESERVATION AND THEY E-MAILED ME RIGHT BACK! WHEN I GOT THERE THEY HANDLED ALL MY PAPERWORK RIGHT AWAY! NO WAITING AND THEY ASKED ME AND GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED AND SHOWED ME TO MY STORAGE SPACE! IT WAS THAT SIMPLE! I have rented several lockers in the past and I have to say that CubeSmart, Brighton, MA is the best. Tim, the manager, was super helpful. Due to my busy schedule I couldn't check in until shortly after their closing time. He stayed behind and was very patient and resourceful despite my many inquiries. The place is the cleanest of locker facilities I have seen. Great facility!

Very easy and painless! Staff was so helpful and the amenedies were great. It was much easier than I anticipated and they ha everything I needed. If I ever need a storage unit again, there is no question I would go with anyone else other than self storage. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Me and two of my friends had to store our stuff for the summer and cubesmart turned out to be the perfect choice! We got the smallest space available and it fit our things perfectly! The staff were very helpful. They showed us our space before we finalized our lease and they explained all the details of the payment and the regulations. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was that we had to rent a van seperately to carry our things but U-Haul is close by so it was easily solved. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Really enjoy the fact that there's a truck to borrow; makes move in that much easier.

I arrive 5 minutes before closing time, because I get lost and I end after in another Storage Facility. The girl at the other Storage toll me the my reservation was not with them but that they have good deals as well. So after 15 min. going over prices and everything I realized that is not what I was looking for. Anyway, the guy at the CubeSmart take all the necessary time just to show me their deals with any pressure to close the deal. I like that a lot so I decided to close the deal immediately. After that he goes over everything again showing me every thing I need to know and make me operate the doors with my passwords, etc. He was really doing his job and feel very well treated and i really like how the facility works. In comparison with past storage experiences like haul, extra storage space, etc. this is above the average.
