As a first-time user of a storage facility, I didn't know what to expect. Unsure how much space I needed, I opted for a 10x10 unit. The CubeSmart unit was immaculate, and the cost was considerably less than a 5x10 I had looked at elsewhere.

I was greeted by very friendly staff and had an easy time checking in. The storage units are brand new and they keep the place very clean and cool. The pricing was slightly higher than I was looking for, but not out of reach compared to other storage units.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service. I was also very impressed with the office space for the staff. It is very good for staff to have a healthy working environment - that is something I strongly value in a service provider.
