I had reserved a space here and upon arriving, mentioned to Wendy that I may need a larger space and she was so helpful in explaining all of the options, giving me a tour and answering all my questions. I ended up getting all moved in that day with no issues and had a great experience. The property is clean and feels very secure, even when I was there well after dark moving things in by myself. I highly recommend...and make sure you let Wendy help you. Fantastic service so far!!

This was the first time I've ever used a storage facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the facility worked. The facility seemed safe and secure and easy to access to customers. The price was a bit high but everything else considered I would easily recommend this facility to friends and family!

The place is easy to get to, it's easy to move stuff in your cube, there is carts to make it easy

Don't go alone as some units are isolated and lighting is inadequate.

Convenient hours, clean, appears secure. Only negatives are: only 4 bays for cars to back into; and, only 1 elevator. Solid 4 stars.

Everyone working was super helpful, and the facility was very easy to use. This is the second year in a row I have gotten a great deal from CubeSmart, so the pricing is unbeatable for the space.

We're downsizing and although we've parted with many treasures there were some things that we're not ready to let go of. We were very satisfied with the experience at this facility. The young woman who registered us was extremely efficient. The whole experience was much smoother that I expected it to be.

Great facility. The place feels new, hallways are well lit, staff super friendly. Despite there being snow and ice outside, the hallways were nice and clean. Moving in was easy thanks to the loading dock and hand carts. Overall, I felt the prices were good given that the units are climate controlled. Dont forget to bring your proof of insurance to avoid paying their insurance rates.

I rented a 5'x5 controlled climate unit. It went very well thanks to the manager, who guided me through the process before hand.

If you are looking for a safe, friendly, easy-access storage facility, you've found it here at Cube Smart in Medford. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The parking was easy and the load-in was a breeze. The facility itself was spotless -- freshly swept/mopped hallways, clean empty cubes, bright overhead lights, even pleasant music piped in, and a comfortable temperature throughout. The only note I'd have is for more storage carts -- we had to wait to get access to one of the six available hand carts, since any given move-in might use up one or two at a time.

We set up quickly, and were happy with the service. The staff followed up when we sent an email. Our unit was clean and it was easy to use a cart and elevator to move our belongings. The climate control is nice, and the hours are wonderful for our busy schedule.

I had a very good experience with CubeSmart. The facility is well maintained, easily accessed and secure. It also has longer access hours than most places nearby, which is an added bonus. The layout is very intuitive, and moving carts are well placed to make the move an easy (even close to enjoyable) process.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The facility is very safe and clean. Many carts to help with ease of moving items. Climate controlled is very nice. A very good experience for our first time using a storage facility.

I never used a storage facility before and I was very satisfied. We moved on a Tuesday and there were numerous carts available for my three helpers and myself to move my belongings from a 24 foot truck to my 10X15 ft. storage unit on the 4th floor. The air conditioning was great on a very hot day and the lighting is very good in the unit.
