Great place! Outstanding customer service.

They require a minimum of $12.00 a month for insurance, whether you want it or need it, or not. That's a joke. What's going to happen in a building that is nothing but cement and metal. It's not going to burn down, and they know it. They also went up 30% on my rental price after six months. I could see this happening again in another six months, so I am going to discontinue the rental. I'm guessing I won't win the $250 Amazon gift card with this review.

Easy access and climate controlled.

We had Oscars do a complex move of portions of our belongings to storage while we are doing a renovation. We had marked each box or bin with contents and the order they should be loaded on the truck so that we could leave the boxes belonging to our grown children in storage and we could access anything that might be needed immediately if we found that we'd made a mistake and accidentally boxed up something that was needed while the renovation was ongoing. The movers who came to are house were great about using our system, and checking with us if they found something that was missing any markings. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. Prices were excellent compared to prior moving that we had done with other vendors. I would highly recommend them. The only complaint I can think of is that Oscars did not allow us to purchase extra insurance coverage for items in our art collection. We had to package them up and leave them in parts of our house that were not affected by construction which I would have preferred not to do.

The manager was friendly and efficient, and the facility is extremely clean.

Made for a good moving experience, staff is friendly and helpful, unit was clean, facility is new. Sometimes big items were a little bit of a squeeze to fit in, but otherwise a good experience.

The manager was very friendly and helpful, especially when the movers showed to unload my stuff. I got a concise rundown of all the long worded agreements, plus emailed copies in full. The entire move in process was pretty quick and easy.

As someone who has never used self storage before, I had no idea what to expect. CUBESMART went above and beyond. Clean safe and easy, I couldn't have asked for more. The manager holly was friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable.

The storage space itself felt very secure and clean and I didn't feel worried leaving my stuff there over the summer. Holly Carver was also very pleasant and answered every question we had in a timely manner!

Both of the women I spoke to were very helpful. They patiently explained any details I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean, well-lit and secure. While you have to buy their locks, the reason was satisfactorily explained. The only negative comment I have is the fact that there is a rate increase after so many months. (I don't recall the time period in which this takes place.) This is the first time I've ever heard of a storage company that automatically imposes a rate increase for an existing customer regardless of payment history.

The staff was very nice, called me a couple of times to verify my reservation and describe all the costs. When I arrived, they were very nice, professional. The entire facility is locked with codes, including different access to different floors, so the security felt sufficient for what I am storing. The facility, granted, is relatively new, but it has been kept tidy and clean. Overall, I definitely recommend this storage unit.

I was shopping around for a storage facility so I stopped by. After speaking to Holly I was sold,she is super helpful,you are lucky to have such a great employee! She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions.

From the start Barbara did a great job overall. She wasn't pushy, just very helpful answering all questions and getting us exactly what we were looking for.

The lady who helped us was friendly, helpful and kind. The place is as advertised: convenient and good value for the money (cheaper than places closer to Boston). Nice spacious, secure place, with air conditioned storage spaces.

Love this storage facility and the great customer service. They were very accommodating and helped me even though I needed a storage within a couple of days. They had a great discount and the monthly rent was the cheapest I had found. Definitely we recommend and use them again.

This is a great storage facility with outstanding customer service. Although there are what seem to be some hidden fees, you just have to ask at the beginning so that you know what to expect.

This is my first time using any storage to store my valuables and I can say I'm very satisfied with my experience at this storage.

The facility is rather new so it is very clean, The location is wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall good experience. I showed up late in the day and was worried that I would not be able to get my unit. But the guy (Nate?) was very helpful and friendly and he stayed after office hours to make sure I had/knew everything I needed. The availability of dollies was awesome too! I'm very glad I picked this storage facility!

I dealt with Nate, who was the best person that I had met in trying to locate a storage facility. He laid out everything price wise, made himself available for any questions that I might have, had the quickest call back ever from my inquiry. I would recommend Cube Smart to anyone. Your prices were better than the others and your customer service sealed the deal.

Signed up on line - easy - got a call back quickly - visit and paperwork was quick and easy. Agent - Nate was very courteous and knowledgeable. Last but not least - a good value for the room.

Very helpful, did not have to wait on arrival to fill out paperwork, was able to have my friend move in while I was completing the paperwork. Orderly Fast helpful staff.

The service was very good but I was upset because nobody had told me that I was required to buy Cube Smart insurance. Strikes me that it's unfair additional price that should be built into the fee. It's misleading and honestly, if I didn't have my truck packed - having left another facility - I would have gone elsewhere. I felt hostage to the insurance.
