I had a unit with a different storage facility. I needed to find a smaller unit, closer to my new apartment. My move in day was confusing as my landlord wasn't sure when she was selling the house. I was so happy to find Extra Space Storage at a huge difference in what I was paying for.my old unit. Kristina was so helpful and the process was stress-free and extremely professional. The building is brand new, very clean. My unit was on the 3rd floor but with the dollys and elevator the move in was super easy. They also sell boxes and moving supplies on site which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The price is high and it does not include insurance. I have a 5x5 and I get to deal with a large brace going through the center of my unit as well as a cross member support for the building so useable space is only about 2/3rds of the 5x5 unit. The people I talked to were friendly.

Although this facility is a bit more out of the way for me than other options, they're offering some very good pricing as of July 2020 since it's such a new facility. I received great onboarding service from Kristina and found moving my stuff into the unit very easy with the parking, elevator speed, and cleanliness of the property.
