Such an Easy process with spare foot. Maria at the facility was very friendly and understanding. I had an issue with my account she told me it was okay to come in and she took her time to help me.

One star less because computer was down. Staff was very helpful though.

Good facility, clean and everything. I got a locker but they should really provide a step stool so I can get into it, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s about 4 feet off the ground.

Best storage in the area for the price

My visit to Life Storage Lynn was wonderful. The staff found ways to help me save money. The facilities were clean, organized, and convenient.

Was very easy moving in. The location is secure and not open at night which is a plus.

nice affordable carts tpo use

Overall, for the monthly rate this place is a good deal. Unfortunately, their access hours only go until 7pm, which can make it difficult to make a trip over on a weekday. The carts and elevators are also smaller than other storage places in the Boston area, which makes the move-in process a bit frustrating if you aren't prepared for it. But if you've got mostly smaller pieces you haven't any real difficulty. (Large furniture can be a pain, though!) Also, on my particular move-in date, one of the lifts wasn't working and one of the cargo doors wouldn't open. The attendant said this wasn't normal, so I hope it isn't indicative of the general state of maintenance, but I can't give them a higher rating if their equipment wasn't fully functional when I was there.

I had an easy move in experience. Being able to park in the garage was very nice. I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings because the facility was very secure--you need a personal access code for the entrance and for your floor, and there are cameras everywhere.

If I didn't drive all the way Cambridge I wouldn't rent the storage bec of the price . They didn't explain the rate of the storage while when I talk to them thru the phone or online
