I have used other storage units from other companies prior to this storage company. I have never had such a smooth moving experience. The owner even answered his phone during the holiday weekend to handle an issue I came across. I was so happy and grateful that he took time out of his holiday to help me. If it was another company I would have gotten no answer. I am extremely satisfied with this storage unit. As a bonus the price is fair too. Thank you

The person that helped me reserve the space over the phone was very helpful and nice! She worked with me and helped me find exactly what I needed.

I called a few times to get everything situated and everything went by really smoothly. The process was simple and you were able to access everything on your own and things were slef explanatory. The staff on the phone was really helpful and made sure all your questions were answered before hanging up. The space was very quiet and almost like a maze so it felt a bit unnerving, but overall that was the only downside.

This is so aggravating I moved in already

It was easy to book online. However, the lock I purchased was missing and two items from the previous renter were left inside with a note for me to keep if I wanted them. I was extremely disappointed. I also left a message with the AI operator and no one got back to me. I was looking for the $9.99 refund. I don't believe I will continue renting after this month.

The unit was clean and sufficient to accommidate my needs. It seems very secure and hours of accessability is convenient. Bonus that Quincy Adams train station is only 3 minutes away for those who have no other transportation.

I had a good experience to move in my stuff. It is real a self store room. 5 by 5 units is a pretty decent area to store your stuff.

We are very pleased overall. Our one concern is that we were told, twice, that the rent could increase up to 15% one time during our stay. However the agreement we signed says the rent can increase ANY TIME BY ANY AMOUNT! We moved here specifically because the storage facility at Public Storage in Quincy was raised every 6 months.

The prices was seamless and the rate I received what's fantastic for the unit.

Front desk staff was excellent. Price is great. I left at 620 and they were not there...thought they'd be there until 7. Could be my mistake. Facilities need a good cleaning Back lobby smells awful Front lobby elevator broken Floor 2 needs sweeping, Litter removal, floors washed People smoking in halls...don't want my stuff to smell like smoke Bathroom was dirty and messy

I needed storage space to take things out of my parents. I had to sell the property and get things out fast. Customer service was very good! They had a 10 x 10 space at the most reasonable price of other storage centers. Hours of operation are good also.

New facility storage building, payment online is not working and visited them in the office 2days after taking out the unit, they said wait till we call you, they are saying their computers are not working they can't set me up so hopefully they manage since they refused to take a cash payment.
