It was easy to book online. However, the lock I purchased was missing and two items from the previous renter were left inside with a note for me to keep if I wanted them. I was extremely disappointed. I also left a message with the AI operator and no one got back to me. I was looking for the $9.99 refund. I don't believe I will continue renting after this month.

The unit was clean and sufficient to accommidate my needs. It seems very secure and hours of accessability is convenient. Bonus that Quincy Adams train station is only 3 minutes away for those who have no other transportation.

We are very pleased overall. Our one concern is that we were told, twice, that the rent could increase up to 15% one time during our stay. However the agreement we signed says the rent can increase ANY TIME BY ANY AMOUNT! We moved here specifically because the storage facility at Public Storage in Quincy was raised every 6 months.

Front desk staff was excellent. Price is great. I left at 620 and they were not there...thought they'd be there until 7. Could be my mistake. Facilities need a good cleaning Back lobby smells awful Front lobby elevator broken Floor 2 needs sweeping, Litter removal, floors washed People smoking in halls...don't want my stuff to smell like smoke Bathroom was dirty and messy

I needed storage space to take things out of my parents. I had to sell the property and get things out fast. Customer service was very good! They had a 10 x 10 space at the most reasonable price of other storage centers. Hours of operation are good also.

New facility storage building, payment online is not working and visited them in the office 2days after taking out the unit, they said wait till we call you, they are saying their computers are not working they can't set me up so hopefully they manage since they refused to take a cash payment.
