The customer service is great imo, but the only issue I have is accessibility to your space if you have a van or a truck. The Prime storage shares a driveway with an auto body next door so if you were to drive a van or a truck you will be blocking the driveway if the auto icy needs to move a vehicle. And when you input your code to gain access to your space the bay door opens and not the pedestrian door, which is locked by the way. And they mention they pride themselves in “cleanliness” but I had swept rat feces in my space before I moved my belongings into the space, no big problem due that I came from an another place where rats were rampant. We will see how this place handles with that.

Since I rented my space 13 years ago, I have always been confident my belongings are safe and being kept in a clean fresh- air environment. The staff has always been helpful and responsive when I need them. I highly recommend Prime Storage - Hyde Park.

Each time I have gone there is trash outside the entrance. There is also periodic flooding at the entrance nearest my storage entrance and the alternative entrance is difficult to access.

Greed is not good. The business error companies often make is that they half to raise their cost to stay competitive, when in fact lowering cost may beat your competition in volume. Tenured members should mot be subject to price hikes.

Very friendly customer service. Felt a little pressured with the reservations. Originally the website said to reserve and hold a spot without any payment commitment but when I did that I got a call less then 24 hours asking for payment to reserve the spot. We were caught off hand with the closures of the school due to COVID19 and I wasn't sure when I could get a flight and get my car in storage. I just felt a little pressure. Overall the service was great.

I reserved a unit online and they called to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, Anthony was extremely helpful and professional. The facility looks to be very well run and extremely clean. The prices were great as well. Definitely recommend!

Storage in Boston is competitive. Most of the units in Boston are crazy expensive and have no room for a truck. Prime is an exception on both counts. The management seems to be going above and beyond. I feel like my belongings are safe too.
