The prices offered by this place are great and the customer service is good. However, the facility is located in a very, very bad part of town. I would not feel safe approaching on foot. Furthermore, the unit I rented was not very clean and, worse yet, had a very uneven floor that made efficient storage difficult. Nonetheless, the price was good enough that I do not regret renting here.

The facility was easy to get around and my storage unit was clean. Also, the people working there were super helpful and friendly. Once on the facility I felt it was really safe and that my stuff would be well-kept. However there were a few safety concerns regarding the surrounding area... It shouldn't be a big deal and it's no fault of the company but that did affect my rating.

As I drove to the facility I was surprised by the crowds of homeless on the sidewalks surrounding the place. It did make me second guess but once we entered the place we were fine. Storage rooms are always in les desirable areas so I continued in and once in we felt fine about the place. They were very helpful and clean.

I have had storage at this facility for about four years (left for a short period, then came back). The staff have been friendly and helpful, welcoming me back when I came back and assisting me in making moves to various sized units in the facility. I've had no problems in the time I've been at this facility and would recommend it as a good place for personal storage.

The managers who work there are very helpful and friendly! I truly appreciate Bernie and Alejandro as they are the best! Super helpful, friendly and good people. My only qualm which is not a reflection on them, but the office is closed at random times. There have been many times I have come to the office and nobody is there. I do think the price is very high for a facility that is not very clean and it's in a neighborhood with many methadone abusers. The gate has helped to make it feel much safer however it is still a sketchy neighborhood and therefore the price is too high.

I would definitely recommend Prime Storage. Had to move my daughter out of her dorm when the pandemic hit March 2020 and all the schools locked down. Bernie gave us great service and made everything quick and easy. Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t moved out yet, but no reason not to expect a smooth process when I do.

This facility is pretty standard in cleanliness and ease of access. Move-in was efficient and easy (especially with the freight elevator to my second-story unit). The facility feels very secure (between its own measures and its location next to a sherriff's station) and I'm very comfortable leaving my belongings there.
