Check in was quick and easy. Guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I've only had my stuff and my car there for a week so can't really report beyond that. I wish there was a place inside to store a car rather than leaving it outside - but what can you do? The unit I got was small (5x5) but plenty of space for what I had.

Everything went and is going smoothly. Chris is in top of things! Only thing is wish that times for entry were later than 6pm, but besides that no complaints!

They are great. I had to move my car same day as I called them. They helped me to hold the nearest option and I was able to move my car with in 3 hours.

Great location and clean. Staff are helpful. Only downside is the hours - they are really limited especially on the weekend.

I would rate it higher, but the big problem for me is that the hours are too limited. I can't make it there after work on a weekday, and on weekends you close even earlier. It would be more helpful if you stayed open later.

I like how secure this location and it's within a walkable distance from my apartment. The price is nice compared to my apartment unit's price. The only downside is the limited hours, but I'd prefer that over things being less secured! Overall a good storage place and the first free month of rent was really nice as well.

Facility is good. Easily accessible. Good parking. Clean and feels safe. Disappointed with creeping storage rate despite letting the management team know that pushing rates up last year was not ideal.

I have been a customer for iber 10 years. Lost my job and have tried faithfully to make my payments. Have not missed one but when I ask a revision of the rent, I didn't even get an answer.

Customer service and local management are very decent at this location. I lost an oriental rug to moths in our open storage spot there a number of years ago and was never compensated by your insurance. After that I refused to pay insurance as we have our own homeowners policy, which I emailed to you. In the past year, the insurance has once again been tacked on, which I truly resent. I lost a rug worth thousands of dollars due to moths coming into our stage area, from another storage area. Hours are convenient and the management there is very helpful.

In principle happy with my experience. Space is very old and looks it but otherwise functions as promised. The most disappointing thing is that I have had 2 price increases in less than a year.
