Not much security. Broken front gate. Gate open all night. No lights in storage unit. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a big reason why many people donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rent these units. The employees are very nice, but have no answers.

I would recommend prime storage to all my friend and family. It was fast and easy. Customer service was amazing. Brian at the facility was fantastic, helped me with everything I needed. Also, a Brian at the call center was great too. Checkin was easy with no hiccups. Keep doing what your doing prime storage.

Since I first rented my unit, the cost has gone up by almost $30. I was told I didn't respond to an email so they automatically started charging me for insurance. If I wasn't planning on moving out soon, I would be very happy to move to a different storage facility.

There are a couple of small openings on the front side of my unit. I would not want to store anything too expensive in it . Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fine for my work tools and equipment. Also when it snows you have to dig your way in they only plow the traffic laneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s. Everything else is fine. I do feel as though rent has went up yearly too.

Terrible customer service I rented a unit filled with mouse poop then upgraded to a different unit asked the manager to make sure unit was cleaned she laughed and said ok low and behold the unit was filled with mouse poop again disgusting I had to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on plastic bins place is nasty was so much better as town line

While Prime Storage does offer competitive prices...their communication and customer service at their Malden location isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the best. I stood at the counter for a good 20 minutes and listened to the staff talk about their weekend plans and dissing the other locations, before I was even tended too. The spot that I had reserved for my car wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available because someone else had parked in my spot due to their spot being unavailable, and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even check to see if the spot they assigned to me was actually available. The person was out of town and it ended up being a big deal to get me a new spot.

Friendly staff, great space with drive up access to storage spaces, and reasonably priced. Wasn't a big fan of mandatory insurance, but other than that it's not a bad deal probably the best in town.

Prime storage is exactly what I needed it to be. A cheap, and moderately reliable storage unit that's not too far from the city of Boston. Only complaint is that the setup paperwork took roughly and hour and a half when it shouldn't have taken longer than 20 minutes. Staff could be better.
