Increased my monthly nearly $70 with only one month notice.Huge pain since I would have gone with a different company had I known they price gauge knowing its not easy for customers to move units on short notice. Overall DEFINITELY not your best price option if you're storing long term. After receiving my first bill and realizing it was much higher than what I was promised, they were unwilling to budge and shut me down pretty quickly. Super disappointed, I was really hoping for a good experience.

Huge Price increases, every 6 months. No customer loyalty discount just the opposite. The company takes advantage of people not being able to move things easily and keeps increasing the price.

FYI The 800 # desk people databases are not in sync with what the inventory is for available spaces onsite. I was assigned space 1)overhead and out of reach and 2)much smaller than requested. Once assigned new spaces, I found one was not sufficient and I had to take on a 2nd space. I moved everything over to a larger unit 10x23 from 10x15 expecting additional room so I could drop the 5x8 space. Not. The 10x23 must have been 23ft ceiling because the space was identical and the second unit could not be dropped. Everyone is very nice onsite but the headache is nt worth it.
