Deborah and Jackson of the Brighton, MA location, were great individually and as a team. Both were well informed and very efficient. Deborah explained everything to us with patience. She answered all our questions. We were very satisfied with the warm reception. She's a great asset to the company.

I tried to deal with other storage places before, but yours is definitely the best in all respects: customer service, user-friendliness, staff (Jackson is great!), convenience, price.

Great experience working with Jackson at Public Storage Allston. He was friendly, professional, walked me through every detail. No complains there. Although I think the storage insurance is a bit pricy for the $$ it covers.

I've never had a big issue with using Public Storage to store my belongings. One of my only gripes about using their services is that they really push on the customer to buy boxes, moving supplies, etc when they sign up. In my case, I just needed to store some boxes over the summer while I'm away from school. I already had purchased my moving supplies. However, when I went to the location to register for the unit, the employee would not stop pushing me to buy some boxes or moisture beads, even though I didn't need anything. In the end, I caved and bought $5 moisture beads just to get the employee to move on with the sign-up process. They also hide their sign-up fees and don't explicitly tell you about the required purchase of a lock ($25!). Overall, not a bad experience, but it's definitely something that tarnished their reputation in my eyes.

The facility was very clean and organized. The manager was very polite and helpful. The enrollment was straight forward. We were very satisfied with the selection and look forward to using the facility.

This is my first experience using a storage facility. I found it very easy to use the online reservation tool and found the in-person process to be straight-forward and efficient. The manager on-site was friendly, patient and efficient. Everything was fully explained and I was never rushed even though I was the last customer and she closed right after we completed the registration process. When I returned later to load the storage unit everything worked as it had been explained. I'm not sure what more I or anyone could expect or ask for. Thank you for a simple and easy transaction during an otherwise stressful time(moving in to an apartment from out of state).

Public Storage is exactly what I needed to store our excess household goods and their Site Manager assisted me in a swift knowable manner. The Site Manager was friendly answering all of my questions and explained all the details of the lease agreement fully. I highly recommend Public Storage to family and friend without fear or reservation.

Kerry was a little intense when we first spoke live in am but was more receptive in person ! As someone who has a deceased brother of ALS who was an executive for public storage that was a deciding factor on if public storage was the right fit ! A little front funded with your cyclinder lock requirement ! But I respect the policy and procedures!!

It's sad that in store versus online rates and availability and sales prices are not adjusted nor honored. PS does not employ best business practices...regional and district and store managers are horrible in terms of honoring or adjusting situation...this should be a win win situation for all.

Stopped in to buy boxes today. A young woman and older man helped me. She helped me pick out my stuff and he helped me carry it out. Rarely do I have fun at a place like this but this place was fun and the people very nice. If you need boxes go there.

Good customer service experience. You do need to purchase a lock for storage ($25) and insurance addition to initial month fee which I was not informed at the time of phone reservation. I was given a $1 rental deal for the initial month so I was alright with these additional fees. The storage spaces are temperature controlled.

My family and I are currently renting four units at this location. The facility is kept clean, well lit, a comfortable temperature, and staff are always professional and polite. When I rented my most recent unit, Rashida was managing the facility. She was the most professional, most personable, and most efficient of any storage facility staff I have ever encountered. She processed the contract quickly, but was very thorough in going through every aspect of the contract and negotiated the best price available at the time. I highly recommend this facility for your personal storage needs.

The space is very clean and seems to be very secure. The employees were excellent and I enjoyed working with them. Unsure about the price, but seemed reasonable. Definitely would recommend the Brighton Public Storage location to anyone in the Boston area.

I just moved my things into the facility a few weeks ago. Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. It's clean, secure, and reasonably located. I'll be sure to update if anything changes!

The people in the location that I went to were nice and helpful. The price for one month storage (especially the hidden charges of locks,etc) was on the high side especially for a college student. This was when there was a "sale" in particular. Some of the dollies were old and difficult to maneuver even when it is empty. It took too long for my refund from autopay to occur. Had to follow up 3 times before it occurred. Location was far from public transit which was not ideal.

There were no units available for the size I wanted so I had to move down a size, so I had to get rid of some furniture that I was hoping to keep. I like the security with pass codes, but it was frustrating to have to punch it in to the door every single time to enter.

The elevator inspection was expired, I can't remember by how many months. The front sliding doors didn't open, they had to be manually forced open. Someone punched a hole where you push the button for the elevator. However, my stuff was safe and unharmed. But overall a sketchy location. I'm sure the other locations are nicer.
