Easy to access but there was a huge snowstorm and there wasn't enough plowing done. A car got stuck and mine almost did as well. But other than that Stephanie provided great service when I was checking in.

Fantastic place! The customer service is over the top. The Property Manager, Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful and explained and went over everything in detail. He even gave me a demo is the stylish locks- how to lock and open the storage cubicle. His colleague, Sandy at Eastern Avenue Malden location where I went first was just as helpful. The cubicles are clean and air conditioned. Would recommend this place to anyone in need is storage space.

The people were helpful. After a long trip across 4 states. I needed help storing? all my things and they are right down the street from where I'm staying. I didn't however get the " first month for $1.00" like I had been told I would!!!??? WTH!? Instead I paid $137.00! WHY? Give me money back!
