For the price of the unit i don't really have any complaints. But a few concerns if you are looking. One of the access doors was broken when I rented a unit out. I read a review on google and someone mentioned this 4 weeks prior to me arriving. So yeah not the most "secure". I noticed they have mice bait inside the units and there was mice feces. A wide open door doesn't help that situation. Don't store anything mice will chew on or live in. Keep your stuff sealed and maybe put some mice traps (not glue) around the unit.

Tom did a great job of telling us about available units, finding one that was close to the elevator (very important), explaining the process to me, and getting you situated promptly. Transferring items to our unit has been extremely easy with carts available to bring items to the storage unit.

I stoped in to check out the space before I moved in and the manager could not have been nicer. She gave me great move in tips helped me pick out a few supplies was very friendly and welcoming. This is my first storage space. Automated information for gate access. Easy and no open ends. Good value.

This storage is very spacious and clean. A bit further away; however the price for a 5x10 storage is a steal. Would recommend this unit.

Well I need a Space quick , I searched online I found this location to had the best rate I locked it in at a great price and had everything set up the downfall is that when you arrive you have to have mandatory insurance at $15 a month and you have to spend $21 for a lock and key which I think that should be stated in large letters not in super super fine print let people know what they're going to end up paying when they first get their honesty is the best policy cuz when I showed up in the dude told me that I had to pay an additional $15 for insurance mandatory and $21 for lock and key I was like so that's how you get people get him in there at a good price and then charge them that's kind of whack but unfortunately I needed the space and I love doing it but let people know ahead of time exactly what they're going to pay

Must have very speific lock, in order to rent unit. If you don't have one they sale it for 20 USD. Very competent staff person helped me. Howeverm they only have one person working at the time, should have at least one more person working, specially as it was end of the month.

I was looking around for an inexpensive storage option and while this location isnt in my town, it is close enough. For the price i am paying, and for the quality of the facility, i am happy to drive a little bit to get there. The staff was so helpful in getting us set up, especially in this quarantine environment.

The storage facility is nice but when i reserved my unit online my total cost came out to be $25 ($1 for first month and $24 administrative fee) starting at $41 from 2nd month. But when i get there my total cost came out to be $61. I don't know how they added all that. Public storage should be more transparent and upfront with the pricing.

As a first time renter I was unsure what to expect and a bit nervous, especially since I was coordinating storage for several students and didn't have time to do much research. I was pleasantly surprised that all went very smoothly, no unexpected fees or hiccups. Nick was so helpful on the phone and in person. He was friendly and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. He impressed all of us with his calm and patient attitude, while juggling a sudden surge of new customers. The facility was clean and bright, plus easy to access and maneuver through. All around a positive experience in a trying time.
