Public Storage - Malden - 650 Eastern Ave

There weren't any flatbeds to assist with moving in. I left a message in the office. I was told that people either steal or keep the flatbeds in their units. There must be camera's to see who these folks are but if this issue is known to public storage there should be some available, perhaps in the new owners unit, where they then must return it after moving in.

The facility is as described. Clean, climate controlled and surprisingly large at 10x15.

It is always a hair on fire experience in moving. Thankfully a professional like Sandy at Self storage was there to put out the fire. Sandy had my reservation and outlined the rules and information about the storage property very well. If renting ask for Sandy she is on the ball. The only downer was that when I went home to apply the APP to my phone the APP was NOT tech friendly and was unable to perform and therefore I will use access code and recommend any new unit shoppers to do the same

She was very polite and not at all pushy like the people at Uhaul down the street. I have been in retail for 26 years and she is definitely an asset to your business. This storage facility is top notch and I couldn't imagine doing business with anybody else . Not only is the customer service Impeccable but I feel confident leaving my stuff here. Along with the security gate ,loss prevention procedures,cameras,and durable locks I have peace of mind.The facility is also climate controlled,clean,and offers dollys to move your stuff with .I highly reccomend.

Had a great experience checking in. The attendant was friendly and helpful, and the unit was clean. However I have two issues: 1) The restrooms are locked after hours, and that is insane. After two hours moving equipment, I needed to use the facilities badly and to wash my hands, but the restroom was sealed shut. This is incredibly inconsiderate and I see know security or other benefit given that a person can be attacked anywhere in the quiet sprawling campus, and should be corrected ASAP. 2) While opening the rollup in our unit, the door ran past it's stop on the track, came around and whacked me so hard in the arm that I initially thought it broke my ulna. Had I not looked up in time it would have caught me right in my head and literally cracked my skull. I am fine, but this is obviously Not Good in a big way. Please make sure that attendants thoroughly inspect these items before renting to new customers. -Gideon

Upon arriving to look into renting a storage unit, I received a warm welcome from the front desk. The gentleman was patient and showed me a couple of locations for two different size units. He even went back to the second floor to show me another unit after the first showing. He was happy to help and was knowledgeable. Plus, he appeared to like working at the Malden, MA location which is always a good sign.

From the moment I clicked to reserve my space online my experience has been more than A. I received a call from Sandy at this location within moments to schedule my move in date. Sandy answered all my questions, explained everything, and offered suggestions when arrived for my appointment. Sandy was pleasant and had a great attitude while helping answer some of my annoying questions :). The location is clean, easy to access, and affordable for any situation. Would highly recommend! Great Customer Service!

Storage facility was Very clean, had great lighting and the rates are very reasonable. Feels safe and secure.

I was very happy with the customer service here. I was given a tour of the facility and my agreement was explained clearly. They are very willing to answer questions and it's easy to pay online. The facility is also clean and well lit! When it was time to move out, I got a phone call thanking me for my business. Very professional staff and would use them for storage again in the future!

I only thought you should have more carts to bring your belongings to storage.

This facility has a lot going for it (Eastern Avenue, Malden, MA). FANTASTIC employee - Daniel - very customer service oriented. The only two items that are troublesome is the carts "disappear" and that is frustrating. The other item is that the entry and elevators are gross, very dirty.

This is the first time I've ever needed to use a storage unit. Public Storage and Chris in particular was very helpful. The facility and the unit were very clean and the process was very easy. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

We recently moved from a duplex to a 6 room apartment and needed to store a great deal of personal belongings. The Public Storage facility in Malden was our choice of places to go. Chris, the manager, was very helpful in showing us the available units and assisted us with our needs. We actually had to rent a second unit; which Chris, again, was very accommodating and helpful and attentive to our needs. We found the facility to be very clean, well lit, secure and easily accessible. We feel that our belongings are safe and conveniently accessible to us and the the available hours to access our belongings are flexible and accommodating. We are satisfied and thankful to have such a nice place to keep our belongings since we have down-sized our living space.
