This facility is impeccably clean. I just moved from a smaller space to this space for a considerable amount of money less than I was paying at the other facility and the other facility is rodent INFESTED and it grossed me out every time I had to go there. But not here as I said the entire facility is impeccable. The front desk was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I look forward to storing my things here and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, reliable friendly place to store their items.

First location was very inconvienent. Minimal parking spaces, busy street and disorganized. Opted to head to another location and Kadeem was so helpful and made me forget how frustrated I was with the last location. Great representative of good service!

Good prices (when they're having a sale), good service, and most importantly convenient location - I don't drive, so if I need to go in or out with small quantities, there's a subway station about a 7 minute walk away and 3 bus routes that are even closer than that. Only thing to be careful of is that like most storage facilities, the rooms vary in size and are not necessarily the advertised size. The first one I looked at was much smaller than advertised, but the second one was only slightly smaller so I took that one. Bring a tape measure.

I am in love with my storage unit! My only complaint would be that there are not enough carts available for everyone to use when there are multiple groups on site at once. Four flat carts and one hand truck are not enough for the number of units in the building, especially on the weekend. Would also be nice if there were fish-eye mirrors for rounding the corners, and if the concrete at the entrance of the building was sloped for the carts to go over. Other than that, it's great!
