Public Storage - Peabody - 240 Newbury Street

I have nothing but good experience with Peabody facility in MA. Vivian(site manager) and Steve Kane (district manager) went out of their way to help me to work out an issue I had with the storage lock. They were very supportive, cut through the red tape and provided excellent customer support. I am a very happy customer

When I got there was told they don't reserve units and was not told about the insurance and locks and didn't get the unit I reserved

Excellent customer service Ashley was just outstanding and she was able to accommodate all of my storage needs making the whole process as smooth as possible with the right flexibility for the dates that I needed definitely ask for her when you make a reservation for the Danvers location on Rt 1

Everything, so far, only 2 days into this, has been good but I am getting a lot of messages. I have gotten 2 more surveys since I started to rent a unit & got one that day. I understand how important they are to a company but it is also annoying to a customer to receive more than one. This is the last communication I will have other than paying my rent.

This a great company. Every time I need quick storage space and a reasonable lease agreement I come to them. Thanks again!

The day I went to Public storage for my appointment Diana the woman working was awesome, professional, helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me find the unit that worked for me. I'd recommend Public is anyone.

I have two lockers and I am very pleased with the service and with all the help from your staff.

My experience was good getting a storage unit. Heidi was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable. Only thing that's tough about that location is parking. There's not many spaces for new customers and the cart situation is kind of wacky having to go to other buildings and steal them from there. That wastes time having to track more down. But everything else is great. Very clean units and very secure.

I like the privacy of the place ( 240 newbury st in peabody) and heather at the front desk helped me out a lot!

I had a good experience at public storage in peabody..Heather was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions.

My only complaint was that there was no light in the elevator when we were moving in. Everything else was great.

I came in to inquire about renting a unit I need a large unit Laura walked me around and showed me a unit and went over all the steps of renting. Laura is very knowledgeable and very respectful. I did not rent my unit today I will be back when it's time. Nice and clean area and very friendly

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Working with Linda is beyond words and she helped me with everything I needed and then some without hesitation and with a very caring demeanor. She also made things nice, simple and easy and answered every question I had with factual based knowledge. I couldn't be happier with this companies customer service in Peabody, 5 stars all day!

Jewel in Peabody was great; very pleasant and efficient. My only complaint so far, is that there are never any carts available to bring things into the building. This is happening when I'm the only one there unloading items. I go up the elevator and check each floor, but no carts.

A ramp into the building would be nice to push a dolly up, rather than dragging an empty dolly inside, propping the door open, then moving things from the car to the dolly. Also, a way to prop open the door would be helpful....

The staff was very helpful The facility is very secure , well maintained and clean I would recommend this facility to anyone who need extra space.

I checked out a lot of storage spaces before I decided on Public Storage. Selena is the best, she definitely swayed my decision. She is kind, helpful, understanding and very knowledgable at the storage game.I will be at this location as long as she is there. Some of the other places had robots with an attitude working for them when I visited. Selena has called to check on different units for me and always kept my best interest in mind.She also helped with a sudden complaint I had, right on the spot. I can't complain about anything but the price, it is a little high compared to some other units I looked at, for the space and the heated unit.
