The lady works there, she's out of this world, i don't believe still people like her, so polite, helpful, told me items for r items, i saw she was busy, like few people waiting behind me.but with her politeness they wait no complain. Clean, and affordable storage unit! Instructions to and how to access my unit were clear and concise

First time getting a storage unit and the process could not have been easier. I choose the contactless option as I did not have to time and it was the best decision. Instructions were easy to follow and my unit is in a perfect spot! The prefect transaction :)

I've been paying for storage for the past 3 years at a local place. I was finally forced to move as their prices just kept going up over time. A friend recommended this place to me and I was pleasantly surprised at how great and how easy the process was. I met Jordan, who showed me the unit and did my paperwork with me. He was kind, professional and very accommodating. He was able to find two units for both me and my friend right next to each other. I can't speak to the long term storage, because I'm moving in later this week, but so far, I'm very happy with the process and the price. If you're looking for quality storage at reasonable prices, this is your place to be! Thanks Jordan, for making this a smooth transition!

When I called and the Rep that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and when I went to the store the two ladies in their was the BEST !!! of help they walked me to the storage and due to my accident I am not able to walk far she even took the time to locate me one closer to the elevator and that was such a big help and I appreciate her. You have them two ladies there working and serving customers even with the Covid-19 and I really appreciate your company and the prices are very affordable The other lady was even out wiping the carts and all I could smell was the bleach which let me know they were cleaning these regular as customers came and people appreciate that. They were definitely doing their job Thank you

The customer service agent was very helpful and accommodating. She showed me several storage units until I was happy. The cost of the unit, 10 x 10 is very reasonable, though I know it will go up in time. The facility is secured and very clean.

As one of the thousands of college students given a sub-week eviction notice due to the coronavirus outbreak, I was scrambling to find storage. Not only did this location have, by far, the best price, the staff was also friendly and helpful and followed up with me almost daily to make sure that we were set to go. The interior is also very clean and secure, and move-in was a breeze.

The sales representative was professional and polite. The facility is clean. The elevators could be bigger, but overall happy. I do not like having to buy a cylinder lock. I should be free to use any lock type I choose.
